Amora is a gorgeous Phantom Merle female miniature poodle. Phantom Merle poodles are very rare. She has a merle base coat with phantom tan highlights.  She is registered with AKC and has been DNA tested by AKC. She has gone through genetic testing and is is OFA certified. Kim and I decided to raise a few Cavapoo litters. We searched for a couple of years for the right miniature poodle and found Amora. She is our first poodle.  She has a wonderful personality, very sweet, and full of energy!

Pictures of Amora's Parents are shown below. AKC Louie Blaze is her father. He is a Phantom Merle miniature poodle. AKC Missy May is her mother. She is a beige miniature poodle. Amora's coat will eventually look like her father as she ages and her coat fills in. You can see in the pictures below, her coat did not have tan markings are birth, did have tan markings at 8-weeks old, and the tan has shed as she's grown. The tan will fill back in as she ages. It takes time for the true colors to appear. Louie is approximately 12 pounds and Missy is approximately 15 pounds.

Her DNA testing results confirm she is 100% poodle. Puppies from her and Rusty/Juno will be true F1 Cavapoos. Father will be an AKC Cavalier and the mother will be an AKC miniature poodle. That the definition of an "F1" Cavapoo. One parent is 100% cavalier and the other is 100% poodle. Without this confirmation, you don't know the true genetic breakdown of cavalier versus poodle in a Cavapoo.
